Shipping times may vary depending on the items you've ordered. We aim to process and ship most items on the first working day after an order is placed.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. All orders are sent using a Royal Mail Tracked service. We encourage you to ship all items to a permanent address to ensure a successful delivery. We send all orders tracked and we do not accept liability for unsuccessful deliveries that are returned to us. We will always work to get your order to you as quickly as possible. UK shipping: 2-3 business days
European shipping: 1-2 weeks
Rest of the World: 1-3 weeks

European Orders, Brexit & Customs Duties
Europe: Orders being sent to countries within the EU will be shipped on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis. Orders may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes, and handling charge(s), which may add an additional cost to the price you have paid for your order. These charges will need to be paid by you (the customer) before the order can be released from customs. You should receive the customs invoice via post or email from the courier. Duties and taxes are calculated by your local customs authorities and are out of our control. If refused, dsplaced has the right to deduct shipping costs from the original refund amount.
Rest of World: International orders may be subject to duties and taxes, which are calculated by your local customs authorities. These fees must be paid for by the customer, and if refused, dsplaced has the right to deduct shipping costs from the original refund amount.
